1. Managing complex Pharmacovigilance SaaS-based system implementation projects for global Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical customers.
2. Handling program management, solution delivery, stakeholder management, and risk management.
3. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, while tracking and managing scope changes.
4. Developing and maintaining detailed project plans.
5. Measuring project performance using appropriate tools, metrics, and governance frameworks.
6. Designing and implementing systems and processes to automate program management activities.
7. Establishing and maintaining strong project governance frameworks for successful program execution.
